Strict safety standards are mandatory for various projects that are executed by MOSS. MOSS has been appreciated and awarded on several occasions by MOSS customers for completing projects without any Lost Time Injury cases. This is made possible by employing suitable trained safety conscious workforce. The work force and the supervisors are given periodic training on all aspects of Safety. Everyone who works at MOSS is responsible for protecting the environment, health and safety of our people and communities worldwide. • Safety Policy

Moss Engineering Private Ltd safety policy seeks to provide safe and healthy working conditions and enlist the active support of all staff in achieving these ends. The objectives of the Policy are:

¤ To promote standards of safety, health & welfare in accordance with the requirements.

¤ To maintain safe and healthy work places and safe systems and methods of work.

¤ To protect staff and others, including the public and employees of contractors, from foreseeable work hazards at           work sites.

¤ To equip the staff with the information, instructions, training and supervision needed for safe working.

¤ To provide and maintain a safe and healthy working environment for staff with adequate facilities and arrangements     for their welfare.

¤ To develop safety awareness amongst the staff.

¤ To make staff aware of their individual responsibility to take all reasonable care for the health and safety of     themselves and others who may be affected by their acts of omissions at work, and to cooperate with management     and other staff in matters of safety.

¤ To have required safety organization adequately manned for the purpose.

¤ To budget expenditure required for above purposes

¤ Mandatory deputation of safety officers at each construction site.

¤ Proactive measures to prevent mishaps at site, covering regular safety training, safety inspection and safety audit at     project sites.

¤ Safety procedures followed at each construction site as per the manual including mishap reporting & investigation.

¤ Internal benchmarking on safety related performance data.
